Universal Faceting and Miling Machine Combined Double Head

This machine is ideally suited to create multi-faceted designs as the main center can be shifted. You have the control on the speed due to specially installed rapid-cum-liner indexing system. Time of course has been taken into consideration while designing this model, the shifting from horizontal to vertical mode can be done precisely within 2 seconds. Also the cutting level of both the heads remain same for any size of the tool holder, so no time is wasted in changing from horizontal to vertical mode and vise versa. The longitudinal slide rotates on calibrated turret drum to facilitate work from 0? to 45? and vice versa with 5? divisions, with both rapid and linear indexing system allowing you to provide your customers with the most intricate designs as a step-by-step sliding of teeth is made possible. The vertical axis provides fast location and retraction of the work-piece. Further more each axis has an individual stopper with locking device. Therefore, mass production can be achieved since number of pieces can be produced of the same design with repeated accuracy. A manual feed lever is provided with an adjustable depth screw. It enables you to give the depth on the cut by two heads viz. horizontal and vertical. This depth of the cut is the same in both the cases and you have the facility of varying this depth. All the optional accessories are common for all faceting and milling machine. Note : An effective, accident free safety device, "an auto-electro brake system" has been provided on customer's choice which stops the spindle within fraction of seconds and releases the brake without waiting for the spindle revolution to stop.
