It is a specially designed compact machine for high torque operation for maximum load at low HP ideally suited for jewelry workshops. Rollers made of high alloy steel are hardened and ground. The special transmission joints transmit full power to the roller when opening to maximum aperture at same torque. Robustly constructed base is fabricated from heavy steel plates for perfect alignment between gear box and rollers casing to enable smooth, vibration free and noiseless operation. Rollers could be supplied either fully grooved for wire or exclusively for sheet on customers request as per the requirement. Centralized auto lubricating system with duration timer can be provided on customers request.
