This vacuum casting unit consists of a debubblizer, metal melting furnace and a casting chamber and is the simplest, safest, most efficient, built with precision turned components for continuousoperations. The powerful vacuum pump eliminates air from invested flasks for denser and smoother castings. The twirl of a knob starts vacuuming the casting chamber. A feather touch switch tilts the built in furnace with pneumatic control with the molten metal into the flask. Another switch brings the furnace back to the original position. 4"dia to 2"dia flask can be casted by using adaptors. Complete fillings and denser casting are constant result of this machine. 110V can be made on order.
